This reminds me of the old Skinny Puppy brap sessions. The idea behind those was basically to smoke weed and play some electronic instruments. Some of it's great but a lot of it's like listening to Jeff Mangum's or Bill Callahan's early tapes--somewhat painful to listen to.
It might be the 808 drums or the gratuitous filter usage, but I dig it anyway.
